limited wine list incorrect price
the staff was attentive to our needs.
i encountered some issues regarding the wine selection. the wine list was limited , and several listed wines were unavailable. the substitute offered was not stored correctly , impacting its quality. furthermore , the final charge exceeded the initially quoted price , which i found unacceptable at this price point.

The breakfast was perfect. Fresh fruit and delicious hot options were available with excellent presentation.
I booked half board. The food was quite bland (I was expecting more flavour). I am sure there are better options nearby. The wine list was practically non-existent. They had 7-8 white wines, but most were out of stock.

The poolside room featured comfortable furnishings and effective air conditioning. The bathroom included a large shower. Breakfast stood out with its fresh fruit juice, tropical fruit plate, and menu options like eggs florentine. croissants and toast with coffee. I also appreciated the late checkout option.
The absence of an elevator might pose a challenge with mobility issues.

spacious room friendly staff readiness to help
i enjoyed a fantastic four-night stay. the room was spacious and very clean (it felt brand new!). the staff was friendly and always ready to help with any request i had.
the selection of wines was limited and some options were unavailable. this impacted the dining experience slightly because a good wine pairing enhances the meal.
